Er. KrishnaJegan Ponnuswamy is a seasoned engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. As the General Manager – Oil Sector Maintenance at Bader Al Mulla & Bros. Co. S.P.C., Kuwait, he oversees large-scale maintenance operations across Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation systems. His leadership spans long-term contracts with leading clients such as KOC, KNPC, JO, and MEW, managing a workforce of over 2,000 engineers and technicians.

He is also the Founding Chairman of the International Tamil Engineers Forum (ITEF), a global platform connecting more than 3,000 Tamil engineers across 10+ countries. Under his leadership, ITEF has become a hub for collaboration, mentoring, and professional development, empowering engineers and engineering students worldwide.
